John Casner, Executive Director along with Carol Bertram, office manager and the NMTC committees comprise the NMTC Team, offering ‘full-time’ presence and accessibility for all NMTC members.

NMTC Committees
Each committee investigate issues, recommends direction and initiates action in areas significant to the NMTC membership. Its Chair is appointed by the Board to be liaison to the Board and General Membership. Each committee chair may serve on multiple board committees but may chair only one.

NMTC welcomes members to join a committee to offer their perspective and aid the accomplishing the goals of the individual committee.

FINANCE	Prepare monthly financials, audit financial records, prepare tax filings, identify financial resources and recommend dues structure. Members: Nina Lamba (Chair), Barney Michel, Margaret Ruth
MEMBER ADVANTAGES	Suggest topics, plan for & coordinate monthly member meetings and their speakers, workshops and business roundtables. Seek out, organize and share the hard to find information to benefit members. GOVERNMENT LIAISON	Conduct ongoing liaison with state and local elected or appointed officials and departments. Advocate for NMTC members' interests as appropriate. STEM EDUCATION	Identify where membership can best participate, fund, support, lead and ally with STEM education and its students in the region. NMTC GROWTH	Recommend and implement ways to execute the mission and vision of the NMTC in print, electronic media and person-to-person. Identify and solicit sponsors and grants consistent with that growth. Recruit new members.
